Carron Farm's self catering accommodation is located on St Martin's, the third largest island in the Isles of Scilly - an archipelago of islands 28 miles south west of Land's End.

We offer accommodation in 3 separate properties:  the chalet, Up-Idas, and Top Cottage.  All three are in Highertown and have wonderful sea views, with the nearest beaches only a couple of minutes walk away.

*There is no street lighting on St. Martin's, so on those nights when there is no moon this is an essential item to light your way back to your holiday let after that evening stroll!  (On a clear night, the stars are spectacular).

Other useful information

The island shop and post office, St.Martin's Stores, is conveniently located in Highertown, helping to provide all your food requirements for your holiday.  An order sent in advance will ensure groceries at your accommodation on the day you arrive. 

Mobile phone coverage is available in most areas on St Martin's.  Vodafone and O2 provide the best service; if you subscribe to T-Mobile or Orange and can't pick up a signal, there's always the pay phone just up the road - possibly one of the last working red 'phone boxes in the country.
