The cottage is accessed through the garden and via a flight of granite steps.  It accommodates a maximum of four people, and is the end property in the row of granite cottages with views of the uninhabited Eastern Isles.

It is comfortable and well equipped with a downstairs kitchen/diner, separate lounge, and bathroom with a walk-in shower.

Upstairs has two bedrooms:  the master bedroom has a double bed and the second bedroom has twin beds.

There are night storage heaters in the living areas, electric fires in the bedrooms, and a heated towel rail in the bathroom.
