Tariff

All prices are per week, include electricity & heating; water is supplied from our own private bore-well, all bed linen is supplied, towels may be hired if required.

Bookings

Thursday to Thursday in the Chalet
Friday to Friday in Top Cottage & Upidas
We do accept mid-week bookings out of season (01 October to 31 March).

Please note:

All properties are designated no smoking
We do not take pets.
The minimum age of children accepted is two years.

Deposit

A non-refundable deposit of £200 per week required. Payment details will be given at the time of booking. The balance of the rent is payable twelve weeks before arrival.

Terms & Conditions of Hire

Provisional bookings will be held for one week pending receipt of your deposit. Please note all holiday bookings are subject to the terms & conditions of hire.

  *There is no street lighting on St. Martin's, so on those nights when there is no moon this is an essential item to light your way back home after that evening stroll! On a clear night, the stars are spectacular.
