Upidas is set in a row of charming signalman’s cottages dating from the Napoleonic war & enjoys dramatic views over Highertown Par looking out towards the uninhabited Eastern Isles.
The cottage is just a few minutes stroll from two of St Martins’ finest beaches & has its own private, sheltered garden.
Price guide: £730.00 - £920.00 per week
The cottage is comfortable & well equipped; comprising downstairs of a cosy lounge & generous kitchen-dining room.
The upstairs consists of a bathroom with bath & two bedrooms.
The master bedroom has a double bed & the second has three single beds. There are night storage heaters in the living areas, electric fires in the bedrooms with a heated towel rail in the bathroom.
